Assortment

The manufacturing programme is divided into following areas:

Square section piping

  • The basic versions of products according to  DIN 24190, DIN 24191 for compression stage  1+4 or   2+5
  • piping tightness grade  I, II, III according to DIN 24194
  • material :  zinc coated sheet metal ,  0,75 - 1,25 mm thickness depending on dimension  and the required  compression stage 
    Minimum zinc layer is 275 g/m2
  • The piping is equipped with standard  P20 - P40 flange joints  (by special requirement with drilled square frames  )

 

               

                  

Circular section piping
  • the basic versions of products according to  DIN 24145 and DIN 24147 with   DN 80 -1250 mm dimensions
  • the circular tubes in spiro version  , lengthwise folded or with a longitudinal seam 
  • circular shaped pieces in folded version  with a welded seam  or spot welded bends  90°,45°  in dimensions of DN 80-250 mm in a compressed version
  • material : zinc-coated sheet metal , 0,75 - 1,25 mm thickness depending on the required  compression stage   and dimension 
    Minimum zinc layer is  275 g/m2
  • for distributions with a high required tightness  the shaped pieces  are equipped with  rubber sealing and a double  sealing edge    / the  SAFE version/
  • the tubes and shaped pieces can be delivered in version with circular flanges or with the end edges  (for joinery exhaustion)
