The increasing sales volume enforced the gradual expansion and modernization of the production capacities  and  technologies. The production units  dispose of  machines and equipment as follows:

• automated lines for the production of straight tubes with a square section
• machine for production of  spiro ducts
• spot welding tongs
• standing point welding machines
• automated equipment for  "PATER NOSTER" profile frame blanks
• automat for tubes seam welding 
• sheet shears, bending machines, stranding machines
• various kinds of crimping machines
• border closing machines
• other machines for sheet processing

Many of above pieces of equipment are directly controlled by computers with a specialised  software for the optimisation of the air-conditioning parts production.

With this equipment in connection with  the skilled staff in the sphere of production and management the company disposes of 40 thousand m2 production capacity.
