Production capacities
The increasing sales volume enforced the gradual expansion and modernization of the production capacities and technologies. The production units dispose of machines and equipment as follows:

- automated lines for the production of straight tubes with a square section
- machine for production of spiro ducts
- spot welding tongs
- standing point welding machines
- automated equipment for "PATER NOSTER" profile frame blanks
- automat for tubes seam welding
- sheet shears, bending machines, stranding machines
- various kinds of crimping machines
- border closing machines
- other machines for sheet processing
Many of above pieces of equipment are directly controlled by computers with a specialised software for the optimisation of the air-conditioning parts production.
With this equipment in connection with the skilled staff in the sphere of production and management the company disposes of 40 thousand m2 production capacity.
